Vendors are invited to participate in an informal 'expo' of their technologies (tools, processes, methods, education, consultancy) and to be available to meet informally with Ericsson participants. The Expo facilities include high quality meeting space with convenient access to vendor booths during breaks and meal functions.

This Ericsson R&D Process Methods & Tool Conference attracts more than 500 Ericsson professionals each year. This conference is a time and cost effective means of showcasing your offerings to prospective customers while also allowing you to maintain relationships with existing clients.

Each Exhibitor Receives:

  • Company name on website and link to your homepage from time of sign-up
  • Half page company description and contact details in the conference guide
  • Possibility to submit the Call for Paper for tracks during 3rd and 4th of May and Company presentation during Wednesday evening
  • Booth 2x3 m (min size), including 2kW Schuko power outlet, one table, two chairs, table cloth for the table and wireless internet
  • Possibility for 4 vendor’s participants participate in Open Sessions, Coffee breaks, lunches and Social Event on Tuesday 3rd of May

    Please note that stands are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Your first choice may not be available. For an up to the minute list of remaining available spaces please send a mail to Linköping Konsert & Kongress.

    Any packages not picked up before 17:00 CET on May 5th will be charged for storage.

    Booking the booth procedure

    After selecting a booth in the Registration and committing information, the Registration will immediately send a bill to the vendor. If the bill is not paid – and money available to Linköping Konsert & Kongress - before the 11th of April 2011 (No exeptions made) - the booth will automatically be made available to another company for booking.

    When Registration is completed – which is a contractual commitment by the Vendor – The Booth area on the web will no longer appear in the list – which means it is unavailable to book for other vendors.

    The registration will close on the 4th of April at 16:00 CET.
